If you're wondering what these links are, and they are appearing as a jumbled mess, it's because you haven't learned about the wonders of RSS. Most blogs publish an RSS feed that can give you a quick peak at what's been posted since you last visited the website. For example, you could check ten blogs a day, and only one of them could have a new post. With an RSS reader, you would simply just read that one new post, rather than going to every website and coming up with nothing.

To view these links, simply sign up with an RSS Reader, like Google Reader, and off you go.
